Returns & Refund Policy

At MvuuPrints, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Please contact us at mvuuprints@gmail.com before returning any item so we can provide the correct return details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs (if any were paid for expedited or special services) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order through our store.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
